What You’ll Do
✔ Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for patients with conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and more.
✔ Offer bilingual care—conducting sessions in both Spanish and English to ensure patients receive the highest level of support.
✔ Administer and monitor Spravato (esketamine) treatments, helping patients with treatment-resistant depression access cutting-edge care.
✔ Utilize telepsychiatry services to reach a broader range of patients and improve access to care.
✔ Collaborate with our team of therapists, physicians, and support staff to develop tailored treatment plans.
✔ Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, medication management, and available treatment options.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation in our EHR system, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.

What You Bring
- Active PMHNP license in TX & board certification in psychiatric-mental health nursing
- Fluent in Spanish & English (required)
- Experience in psychiatric medication management (outpatient setting preferred)
- Interest in innovative treatments (TMS, Spravato, telepsychiatry)
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems (experience is a plus, but training is provided)
- Commitment to reducing barriers in mental health care and serving diverse populations
