Position Overview:
Sana is seeking a talented, motivated and dynamic marketing expert to join our growing team as the Digital Marketing & Partnerships Director. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean beauty, highly analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies across various channels.
You will be a key member of our growing team and crucial for the next level of growth as a company. You will be working closely with our CEO, CBO and COO. Meeting weekly in person and flexibility to work remote.
Position: Digital Marketing Director/Digital Marketer
Location: Miami, FL
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65-$80K annually
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to continuously innovate and stay ahead in the digital landscape.
Zenoti Lead:
- Maximizing marketing capabilities of the platform.
- Manage smart marketing campaigns and create target segments to understand customer behavior.
Email Marketing:
- Create email marketing strategy to target our goals of increased sales, brand awareness and engagement. Understand what the best platform and tools are for our strategy and work with Zenoti to understand capabilities or possible integrations with platforms such as Klavio or Shopify.
- Revamp and create email flows and one-off emails to drive product/member sales and improve member retention
- Design and manage tailored marketing campaigns (email, text) for specific customer
- Analyze product and add-on correlations to optimize marketing strategies
- Promote brand partnerships and product launches across channels (site, email, in-store, etc).
Integrated Marketing Strategy:
- Lead SMS campaigns with yearly strategy
- Oversee direct mail campaign
- Understand paid advertising analytics and how we can increase ROI
- Create Affiliate Marketing Referral Campaigns
Website Audit / Redesign Project
- Assist with website redesign for the best user experience, mobile experience and SEO capabilities
- Make sure all links, pages, images etc are properly working and optimized at all times
- Improve Shopify experience and growth strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Background in digital marketing roles, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
