Responsibilities:
- Sort, distribute, and log incoming correspondence and documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
- Prepare documents for scanning or electronic storage.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
- Monitor and track document inventory and ensure records are up to date.
- Ensure that sensitive documents are handled and stored in accordance with confidentiality protocols.
- Respond to internal requests for documents or files, providing timely and accurate support.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, such as scanning, copying, and filing paperwork.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of records and databases by reviewing and updating information.
- Contribute to improving office workflows and procedures to increase overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate and proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Efficient communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
- Excellent organizational skills

- High school degree or equivalent
