What you will do:
- You will assist with answering incoming admissions calls, scheduling clients, insurance verification, handling of other office responsibilities/projects as assigned.
- You will be responsible for tracking and charging copays, deductibles, etc. for client sessions
- You will be overseeing accounts receivable for both active clients and outstanding balances for previous clients
- You will be essential to helping our collections be rendered in a timely manner while also exhibiting strong interpersonal skills while making phone calls with clients to discuss financial matters.
- You will attend monthly team meetings
- You will contribute to team effort through communication and collaboration with Sanare Team Members
What you're good at:
- You have healthcare billing/collections/front desk experience
- You are motivated to manage A/R
- You have superior organization, time management skills, and attention to detail
- You are adaptable, a team player, and communicative
- You have exceptional interpersonal/telephone skills
- You have the ability to multi-task successfully
- You are competent with Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365
What our requirements are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- 1 year experience in billing/collections in related healthcare practice preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
