Job Description
The Sanco Equipment team is seeking a highly skilled and organized Equipment Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of parts from receipt to delivery, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, verify supplies, and place orders when necessary.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the delivery of parts to customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with sales team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect received parts and identify any defects or discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- License: Valid driver's license.
- Experience: Previous parts or automotive industry experience preferred, one to two years of counter experience preferred, and forklift experience a plus.
