Education
Master of Business and Management (MBM), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a master’s degree in a related technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics) and 5 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree plus 7-10 years of experience.
Required Experience
- Possess a minimum of 7-10 years of Project Management experience (or MS plus 5 years) managing complex projects in an IT engineering or big data environment.
- Possess a minimum of five years of experience managing projects utilizing non-traditional program management methodologies (e.g., Agile) in big data, AI / MLOps, and DevSecOps environments.
- Possess a minimum of five years of experience in a military or other Government environment performing in a related subject area (e.g., project management, engineering, or computer science).
- Ability to track and report aggregated personnel utilization and budget usage across the Search portfolio.
- Strong communications skills : Ability to proactively engage fellow CDAO members within and beyond the team as well as DoD cross-organizational communications.

SANCORP is seeking a Senior Level Project / Program Manager in support of the Department of Defense (DoD), Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). The CDAO accelerates the adoption of data, analytics, and AI to enhance decision-making and warfighting capabilities, providing a managed data service for developing, testing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to support DoD and Intelligence Community operations.
