Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure efficient time management.
- Assist with event planning, including logistics, invitations, and on-site coordination.
- Provide project coordination support by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized files.
- Handle office management tasks, including document filing and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to create presentations, reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
- On-call availability
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in calendar management and office management practices.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
- Familiarity with event planning processes and project coordination methodologies.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Must be proficient with ChatGPT
This position requires on-call availability to respond to any and all requests outside of regular business hours. Employees will be compensated for time spent on call and will be expected to be reachable and available for work as needed. Employees will be expected to be on call for 24-hour periods. This includes a requirement to be able to respond to any requests at any time, day or night.
