Medical Director- Medical Spa

Job Description :

Sand and Sea Medical Spa is seeking a California-licensed physician to serve as our Medical Director. This position is primarily administrative and advisory, providing medical oversight for aesthetic treatments and being available via phone in the rare event of a medical emergency.

Responsibilities :

Provide medical oversight for treatments and procedures performed by a Registered Nurse.

Be accessible via phone in the rare event of a medical emergency.

Sign a Medical Services Agreement (MSA) contract as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of California.

Comfortable working within a collaborative, RN-led practice structure.

Monthly retainer fee for oversight responsibilities.

Time Commitment :

Minimal : phone availability as needed for emergencies only.
