Reservationist Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate maintenance for guests
- Answer emails and guest inquiries, respond to guest reviews
- Book vacation rentals for guests
- Process reservations and payments, send confirmations, send check-in instructions, etc.
- Order passes for incoming reservations, create work orders, and make door codes.
- Act as a liaison between SD1, guests, owners and local vendors
- ESCAPIA knowledge a must.
Property Inspector/ Runner / Linen- - role is responsible for ensuring that the homes under their care are ready and prepped for arriving guest. The inspector will communicate with cleaners, linen, and maintenance. Duties include helping with linen when needed, inspections, and running linens when needed. We pay milage and car must be reliable. Weekends and choice of days off during week.
Must be able to lift up to r-lbs. and do minimal maintenance of changing filters and light bulbs. This job will require climbing stairs and have good telephone skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
