The resort encompasses over 180 units ranging from one (1) to six (6) bedrooms for guests to relax in during their stay. Dine in our picturesque restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gorgeous Southern Utah mountain ranges, ending your evening with a concert underneath the stars in our gorgeous Rock Bowl.

As a Busser, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area, assisting servers, and providing exceptional service to guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient restaurant operation, ensuring customers enjoy a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests depart
• Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and ensure they are sent to the kitchen for cleaning
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food, and clearing plates as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including floors, walls, and restrooms.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area, including arranging chairs and tables
• Ensure that all areas of the restaurant are stocked with clean silverware, napkins, and condiments
• Assist with restocking or refilling supply stations, such as water, ice, and utensils
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guests’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction
• Communicate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service and accurate orders
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a busy environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A friendly, approachable attitude and a passion for customer service
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays or objects for extended periods of time

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, stacks of dishes, or cleaning equipment
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed

Job Type: Part-Time, Full-Time

Shift: Morning, Day, Evening

Pay: $7.25/hr tips
