Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Process cash transactions accurately using a POS system and cash register.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bartending role within a nightclub, restaurant, Resort or fine dining environment is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
