The Job

Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients.
- Responsible for Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of medication administration.
- Oversight of patient care technicians (including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians, and CCHT’s in training.
- Clinical collaboration with the patient’s nephrologist.
- Communication with other providers (SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as required for the clinic’s patients.
- Work with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team on a regular basis (Social Worker Dietitian, Nephrologist, CCHT)
- Upholds and supports company values in words and actions. Speaks respectfully to patients and teammates and strives to follow company policies and procedures.
What we need:
- Registered Nurse, with at least two years of clinical dialysis experience.
- Current appropriate state licensure required.
- Strong computer literacy and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
- Must be a team player and able to work in an environment with a flexible schedule.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.
