IPS is seeking a HR Shared Services Representative 3 who will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Shared Services Department. Performs specialized duties to support the Company and HR Strategy.

Job Responsibilities :
- Manages all aspects of HR Shared Service Inbox and voicemails. Reviewing tickets, assigning to team members, updating status, closing and filing. Creates periodic dashboards of HR Shared Services tickets to share summary of activities, volume of tickets, response times, customer feedback and identify solutions to improve overall service
- Acts as tier-2 support when needed to resolve employee questions or issues as it relates to HR, payroll, benefits, leaves of absences, policies, and other general HR questions. Delivers positive and effective customer service
- Serves as primary company liaison with ADP for payroll and timekeeping processing to include but not limited to preparation and submission of payroll batches such as expense reimbursement, termination checks, retros, pay corrections, bonus payments. Running reports and following-up on timecard exceptions and unapproved timecards. Creating payroll variance reports, auditing payroll previews, obtaining finance approval for processing, working with finance to ensure proper funding, post payroll reports, tax filing and other normal payroll related activities
- Primary owner of the year-end payroll activities and compliance related activities such as coordination of year tax forms such as W2 Forms, W2C Forms, ACA and prepare yearly mandated labor reporting
- Delivers support for other HR shared service administrative support to include but not limited to benefits, open enrollment, leave management, HRIS data entry and troubleshooting, reporting, new hire orientation
- Creates process documentation work instructions, supports in developing employee training and various related communication using methods such as how-to guides, videos, presentations, emails notifications and reminders.
- Actively participates in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and idea generation and execution of solutions. Ability to effectively communicate and deliver training to all levels within the company
- Provides other general support to the HR function and performs other duties as assigned to support the company and HR strategy
Job Specifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in related field OR equivalent related experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
