IPS - Rubbercraft is seeking a Press Operator (2nd Shift)

Job Accountabilities :
- Operation of presses assigned by the production schedule or Molding Foreman
- Loading and unloading of material and product from the tool
- Understand (English or Spanish) and follow the router instructions and sign off
- Maintain production rates and efficiencies consistent with the company goals and requirements
- Visual In-process inspection to verify product and sign off
- Maintain proper part identification and traceability
- Suggest process and manufacturing improvements when and if insufficiencies exist on Opportunity For Improvements (OFI) Forms
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook or directed by the Molding Foreman
- Conduct monthly expired material audit. (If identified)
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Specifications :
Education : High School Graduate or GED equivalent
Years Experience : 2 years working as an operator in a molded manufacturing oriented environment
