You’ll design, configure, install, maintain, and repair systems while providing top-notch technical support to our on-site staff. Key Responsibilities:

Enforce and Administer IT Policies
- Manage user accounts, update software, set passwords, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and data security guidelines.

Troubleshoot System Malfunctions
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth daily operations.

Participate in Team Meetings
- Attend and contribute to meetings to exchange vital information, discuss technical challenges, and stay aligned on priorities.

Install and Maintain Hardware & Software
- Set up computer hardware, peripherals, and network equipment to support safe and efficient operations, including conference spaces and training rooms.

Deploy Software & Equipment for Staff
- Install PC software, print drivers, scanners, and related tools to ensure all Sandestin personnel have the resources they need.

Support Network Operations
- Work closely with the network to install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, ensuring seamless connectivity across the property.

Maintain Accurate Documentation
- Keep detailed records of system permissions, network identifications, security access, licenses, and work logs to ensure organized and transparent IT operations.

Physical Requirements
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, the following physical demands are required:

Mobility & Movement:
- Ability to move freely throughout resort property, including office areas, conference rooms, guest spaces, and network/server locations.
- Ability to climb ladders or use step stools to access elevated equipment and cabling.
- Able to navigate tight spaces (under desks, behind equipment racks) to install or repair hardware.

Lifting & Carrying:
- Regularly required to lift and carry computer hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional handling of heavier equipment with assistance or using carts and other moving aids.

Manual Dexterity:
- Frequent use of hands, fingers, and wrists for typing, wiring, assembling components, and operating tools.
- Precision required for handling small parts and delicate equipment.

Visual Requirements:
- Close vision necessary for working with small components, reading technical manuals, schematics, and monitoring displays.
- Ability to distinguish colors for cable management and hardware installation.
