Position Overview: As a Tennis Shop Clerk, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with our company’s high standards. You will be at the forefront of generating sales and ensuring our merchandise is presented attractively, creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Efficiently manage and replenish inventory, ensuring merchandise levels meet customer demand and promotional activities.
- Merchandise Handling: Receive, inspect, and prepare merchandise, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the quality presentation of products.
- Sales and Promotion: Utilize your sales acumen to engage and assist customers, setting up promotional displays that attract and delight.
- Store Presentation: Maintain the aesthetic appeal of our retail space, ensuring cleanliness and organization that enhances the shopping experience.

Qualifications:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the tennis shop and surrounding outdoor areas for extended periods
- Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 25 pounds, including equipment and merchandise
- Ability to bend, kneel, or reach to restock merchandise and maintain displays
- Comfortable handling outdoor court maintenance equipment as needed, such as nets or benches
- Regular exposure to sun and need for sun protection
