Sandhills Community College is seeking applications for a Full-Time CCR Program Support Specialist. The incumbent will be required to work with students, CCR coordinators, instructors, and test examiners. This role is the first contact for all new CCR students.

Additional Responsibilities
- Attend a minimum of 12 hours of staff development per year as directed by Director of CCR.
- Proficient with database, spreadsheet, word processing programs, and Google Translate.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
frequently the first CCR employee to engage with new applicants to the
program.
- Associate’s Degree required.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and data entry.
- Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills to support a busy team environment.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment, tact, and courtesy.
- Experience with ADVANSYS preferred.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Experience with College and Career Readiness program preferred.
Salary : $41,327 - $44,426
