What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance position at Sandhills Global?
Description:
- Routine maintenance of buildings and systems.
- Equipment and building repairs including grounds equipment, plumbing and basic electrical.
- Monitoring incoming maintenance requests, prioritizing and responding promptly.
- Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, monitoring HVAC systems in the building automation system, spotting and communicating potential problems.
- Coordinating with on site contractors such as electricians, HVAC repair, elevator technicians, fire alarms, etc.
- Responding to mission critical emergencies during the day and potentially after hours. This includes equipment related to press production and data center operation.
- Pick ups and deliveries as needed at off campus locations.
- Grounds work and snow removal
- In Office Position. 4.5 day regular work week. Ability to commute daily to local office is required.
