We’re seeking dynamic, mission-driven Advanced Practice Providers (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to serve as the clinical lead on our Mobile Health Unit—bringing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare directly to the people, no matter the weather. Whether the skies are glowing with sunshine or rumbling with thunder, our Mobile Unit team hits the road—rain boots, sunglasses, or winter coat in tow. From parking lots and farms to schools and community centers, we bring care wherever it’s needed. This role is perfect for providers who thrive on variety, love connecting with diverse communities, and enjoy practicing medicine outside the walls of a traditional clinic—embracing both the people and the ever-changing moods of South Carolina weather.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the mobile clinical team in delivering comprehensive primary and preventive care
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
- Provide immunizations, screenings, minor procedures, and health education
- Collaborate with MAs, LPNs, and outreach staff to ensure smooth and effective operations
- Deliver care through telehealth services when in-person visits are not feasible, ensuring patients still have access to timely support
- Document visits accurately and efficiently in the EHR system
- Participate in outreach events and represent Sandhills Medical in the community
- Help identify patient needs and connect them with Sandhills Medical services and referrals
Who You Are:
- Licensed and Credentialed: NP or PA with current South Carolina licensure and DEA registration
- Experienced: At least 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care settings
- Mission-Focused: Committed to providing accessible, high-quality care to underserved populations
- Adventurous: Comfortable working in a mobile environment and traveling regularly
- Collaborative: A strong communicator who enjoys working with interdisciplinary teams
- Flexible: Adaptable to changing settings, patient needs, and weather conditions
