As a key part of our Mobile Health Unit team, you won't be stuck behind four walls. You'll help bring care to the front lines—supporting providers, interacting with patients from all walks of life, and being part of something bigger than a daily routine. And yes—you'll do it all while working in South Carolina's wildly unpredictable weather—whether it's blazing hot, suddenly chilly, sunny skies, or an unexpected downpour. What You'll Do:

• Travel with Sandhills Medical's mobile unit to community outreach sites, schools, farms, and special events
• Provide hands-on clinical services including vitals, vaccines, lab tests, and more
• Assist with exams and procedures alongside providers
• Set up and break down the mobile unit with pride and teamwork
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care—no matter the weather
• Engage patients in health education and connect them to SMF services and resources
• Represent Sandhills Medical's mission of accessible, community-based care with professionalism and heart

What We're Looking For:

• Credentialed: A licensed LPN with strong clinical skills and a heart for community care
• Experienced: 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Adventurous: Someone who's comfortable working in non-traditional environments (think: mobile clinics, parking lots, schools)
• Reliable: Rain or shine, our patients are counting on us
• Mission-Focused: Passion for serving rural and underserved populations
• Collaborative: Team-first mindset with flexibility and great communication
