Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of projects within our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, design professionals and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation including: Construction Documents, Submittals, Shop drawings, Change Requests, and RFIs to ensure all stakeholder needs are addressed.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Utilize project management tools, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Scheduling for tracking progress and managing resources efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
