Sandia Green Clean, New Mexico's #1 home cleaning service for seven consecutive years, is expanding! We're establishing our new headquarters in Las Cruces and seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who's ready to grow with us.
This isn't just a sales position - it's the first step toward leading our new branch operation.
The Leadership Journey
You'll start as our Customer Experience Sales Representative, mastering our business model while:
- Becoming the voice of our brand through customer interactions
- Driving sales growth in the Las Cruces/El Paso market
- Building relationships with our professional cleaning teams
- Learning the operational aspects of our successful business
As you demonstrate excellence, you'll be positioned to take on increasing responsibility, ultimately growing into the Branch Manager role for our new headquarters.
What We Need From You
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)

- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00/7:30am to 4:00/4:30pm
What You'll Do Initially
- Manage incoming customer communications and sales opportunities
- Oversee daily scheduling and team coordination
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences from first contact through service delivery
- Handle administrative tasks including customer follow-up and supply management
- Support our cleaning professionals to deliver outstanding service
