What you will be learning :
- Supports the HR department to deliver HR programs, services, and solutions.
- Provides support in various HR areas which may include new hire onboarding and assimilation, safety compliance and monitoring, performance and talent management programs.
- Assists with administrative aspects of HR projects and assignments
- Assists with coordinating employee engagement events
