ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• We are seeking a Technologist with a strong background in SSD design, hardware design, Product Management, Memory Systems and / or system architecture to lead the development of next-generation SoC solutions.
• Candidates must have either an M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 7 years of experience or a Ph.D. with 5 years .
• The ideal candidate will have proven SSD experience , hands-on expertise with ASIC and / or firmware , in-depth knowledge of PCIe standards , and SoC architecture .
• Proven expertise in hardware design, including NVMe, DDR, power supplies, and system-level integration , is required.
• Strong debugging skills using tools like PCIe protocol analyzers and oscilloscopes are essential. Proficiency in programming with C / C and Python is preferred.
• This role demands a highly motivated individual who can troubleshoot complex issues, analyze emerging technologies, and make critical design decisions.

Qualifications : Qualifications

REQUIRED : Education :

M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 7 years of experience in an engineering development environment, OR

Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5 years of experience.

Experience :

Proven expertise in SSD design, hardware design, ASIC Design

Strong experience in system design and architecture for SSD products.

Demonstrated ability to architect and design next-generation SoC solutions, including evaluating trade-offs in performance, power, and area.

Hands-on experience in hardware design involving components such as NVMe, DDR, power supplies , and other SSD-specific hardware.

Soft Skills :

Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to dynamic environments.

PREFERRED :

Technical Expertise :

Extensive hands-on experience with Firmware and / or ASIC design .

In-depth knowledge of SoC architecture and next-generation design principles.

Advanced understanding of PCIe standards and processor architectures like ARM / ARC .

Debugging :

Expert-level skills with PCIe protocol analyzers , oscilloscopes, and related lab equipment.

Firmware / Hardware Skills :

Proven ability to write / debug firmware in C / C and Python .

Expertise in hardware design for SSD systems, including board-level and system-level integration.
