Under general supervision, coordinates the Que Linda Program for Sandoval County; assures that the services provided meet the New Mexico Department of Transportation program requirements.

- Associate’s Degree in Urban Land Use, Planning, Environmental Science, Public Administration or similar field from an accredited institution and five (5) years of experience in land use/planning, zone/code enforcement or other related experience; OR an equivalent combination or education and experience.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license or ability to obtain a valid New Mexico driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a valid New Mexico driver’s license.
- Provides principal administrative and program management for the Que Linda Program for Sandoval County; ensures the health of the natural environment of the County by identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating completion of program activities and requisites.
- Develops program goals and objectives, procedures and work standards in compliance with NM DOT program grant requirements and budget.
- Responds to and directs staff and contractor efforts to remove illegal dumpsites and litter reports and complaints in the public right of way and County owned facilities.
- Partners with and educates schools and community organizations and residents to identify shared goals and achieve program outcomes.
- Responsible for the recruitment, coordination and supervision of volunteers and their activities.
- Solicits community input for program development and evaluation; coordinates all Que Linda programs and events.
- Coordinates with County resources to create program ads, social media posts and flyers to promote the Que Linda program.
- Performs other Que Linda Program related duties as assigned.
