We are looking for a Senior Managing Litigation Paralegal to join our team! The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and responsible, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. We are seeking someone who is dedicated to meeting our clients' needs, is a team player with a friendly attitude, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. This paralegal will co-manage the paralegal team in the Non-Catastrophic Litigation Department, which handles a high volume of personal injury cases, primarily related to car accidents along with other types of injury cases.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - This is a leadership position that requires a combination of legal expertise, strong communication skills, a passion for training and developing new paralegals, and a strong commitment to ensuring the work is completed effectively.

- Oversee our team of paralegals and assist with assigning projects, organizing and prioritizing tasks, caseload, and workflow, and advise on conflict resolution, as needed
- Monitor workload, progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between attorneys and paralegals, ensuring projects are completed accurately and timely and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Coordinates with attorneys on special requests or highly complex projects.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of paralegal staff.
- Maintain and organize client files.
- Assist with scheduling, medical records, and discovery.
- Drafts, prepares, reviews, and edits appropriate legal documents
- Draft correspondence to opposing counsel and to the court, as well as file documents with the courts
- Maintain complex filing system; E-filing and hard filing of documents
- Other duties as assigned
- At least seven years of litigation experience in personal injury law.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience is preferred.
- Ten or more years of experience in personal injury law is preferred.
- Knowledge of general office practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Capacity to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- $80,000.00 to $102,500.00
- Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.
