What we are looking for:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
- Good communication skills and a team focused attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good work ethic
Main responsibilities include:
- Operate machinery, controls, setting up and assembling equipment
- Cleans and sanitizes machines according to company guidelines
- Keep detailed records, complete the audits, and fill out the forms correctly
- Check products during the run to ensure quality, check for defects, and detect problems
- Read, understand, and follow recipes
- Measure ingredients, lot tracing, gather ingredients, use scales, knives, and other hand tools
- Complies with GMP, food safety, and safety standards at all times
- Follow all SFC Core Values and be a team player
- Other duties as assigned
