The Sands Harbor Resort and Marina is currently on the hunt for a savvy and prolific Social Media Manager! Our Social Media Manager must have impeccable taste and must be able to curate stories and posts that accurately reflect our rebranding. Major duties include content creation, campaign creation, ad-buying, live event coverage, and integration of branding and marketing efforts across traditional, digital, print, and PR marketing efforts. THEY MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
Graphic design experience is a must!!!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage numerous digital media accounts (resorts & restaurants) within the owners hospitality group
- Develop and implement digital strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and following
- Create and curate engaging content for digital media platforms, including text, image, and video
- Create and manage Paid Ads campaigns to generate awareness, leads, and revenue (ROI) within numerous departments
- Monitor all online channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback including a focus on review generation and rating performance reporting
- Create email marketing campaigns to retarget our online audience, create further brand awareness, and generate sales / revenue
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels
- Maintain consistent influencer reach and manage the implementation of paid and organic collaborations
- Periodically maintain and update website events, landing pages, and other important pieces of information that directly link to social media
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to curate new digital media strategies
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on all digital performance metrics (social media, reviews, seo, paid ads)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
