Position Overview :
The Sales Representative will specialize in selling our infusion services to Neurology, Rheumatology, and Immunology clinics. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in our business expansion efforts. This role involves driving growth by establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers, promoting our services, and exceeding sales targets. The position combines business development, customer relationship management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities :
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential referral sources, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations.
Conduct targeted outreach and deliver compelling sales presentations to promote our pharmacy’s infusion services and specialty pharmacy offerings.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through successful prospecting and closing new business.Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and increase referrals.Product and Service Expertise :Maintain a deep understanding of Specialty Infusions in Neurology, Rheumatology, and Immunology specialties.
Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and competitive landscape in both infusion and specialty pharmacy sectors.Collaborate with the clinical team to educate on services and highlight the benefits of a patient-centered approach.Customer Relationship Management :Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction among referral sources and patients.Cross-functional Collaboration :Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns and events to generate new leads.
Collaborate with the operations team.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and service offerings.Revenue Growth & Contract Negotiation :Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to drive revenue.

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Experience :Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmacy or healthcare industry, with a focus on business development, strategic partnerships, or market strategy.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or related industries.Skills :Strong experience in working with Providers and Clinicians in Neurology, Rheumatology, and Immunology specialties.
Ability to stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and the competitive landscape in both infusion and specialty pharmacy sectors.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and educational content.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly. Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Expertise in analyzing market data and developing actionable strategies.Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
