Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome client's and their families.
- Answer phone calls and manage phone systems efficiently.
- Schedule appointments for clients
- Help will billing claims to insurances
- Assist with office management duties, ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite applications.
- Experience with data entry and file management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
