What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Specialist position at Sandstone Capital Funding?
Sandstone Capital Funding is a lending brokerage company that helps consumers consolidate their high interest debt by providing low interest consolidation loans.
Sandstone's Intake Specialists are tasked with calling prospective clients who have been pre-approved for loans, to conduct a 3-5 minute call to confirm their information and set up a time for them to speak with a Financial Consultant about options that are available to them.
In a given day, an Intake Specialist will have between 10-20 calls. The Intake Specialist will work within the company’s CRM. This is a remote position (work from home) and Sandstone is open to hiring candidates anywhere in the United States.
Qualified candidates will have strong communication and organizational skills and present themselves in a professional manner. Fluency in English is a requirement. Candidates must also have a functioning computer and internet access, as this is a fully remote role.
As a small and growing company, we will consider all new employees for promotion and advancement to managerial and administrative roles upon meeting performance targets.
