Intake Specialist

Our client is currently looking for a Intake Specialist to join their team in the Bronx. This person is expected to be polished and have the ability to communicate properly with both internal / external stakeholders. This is a temp to perm role.

Job Function

• Conduct client intake, screen referrals, verify insurance, and confirm Medicaid/K-codes eligibility via e-PACES.
• Upload documentation into Care Logic
• Refer clients to appropriate agencies and provide support to SDFS referral sources and potential enrollees.
• Assist the Administrative team with other duties as necessary.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience in Social Services/Foster Care.
• MS Office experience required.
• Plus is bilingual in Spanish
