- Oversee all financial operations , including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Manage revenue cycle processes , including billing, collections, and reimbursements.
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP , healthcare reimbursement regulations, and industry financial standards.
- Lead financial planning and analysis , including forecasting and expense management.
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate the annual financial audit and ensure compliance with external auditors.
- Provide financial insights to executive leadership to support operational decisions.
