Key performance areas
Responsible for planning, programming, and running machine demonstrations to support all activities in the Center, including customer tests, new product release support, training, events, customer visits, sales and marketing support.
Key responsibilities
- Plans, prepares, and conducts technical training courses for direct and distributors' customers, internal employees and distributors' employees.
- Operate and program all CNC Machines in the center, with ISO codes and CAM programming.
- Work together with fellow Center Technicians in the daily work and follow up tasks.
- Drive & support the new product release introductions (customer CP, open house, films, demos, display tools)
- Responsible for the overall planning of activities in the center covering the following activities :
o Coordinates all activities and planning needed in connection to customer projects (sales, machining R&D, etc.)
o Maintain the training / machine calendar for the center. Keeping the Center Calendar activity entries up to date
