Sandy Creek Farms, a premier wedding venue in Springville, Tennessee, seeks a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the director of marketing & sales position.
This role is responsible for making Sandy Creek Farms a household name in Tennessee and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking video footage of weddings and other events held at the farm.
- Editing video content.
- Posting videos and marketing materials to social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Creating and publishing ads on the Google advertising account.
- Responding to potential clients through the website, social media, Wedding Wire, and The Knot.
- Scheduling and managing tours, meeting with prospective clients, and helping to close sales.
This position requires working on-site and traveling within the region to promote the venue through direct marketing and attending trade shows. Off-site work will be limited to a 125-mile radius around Springville, TN.
The director of marketing & sales will work an average of 50 hours per week, with most weddings occurring on weekends, requiring attendance at these events to record video and assist venue staff.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with people, have strong sales skills, and be presentable both on and off camera.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
