Position Summary
As a Surveillance Agent, you will be responsible for the surveillance observation of all property operations to safeguard the company, team members, guests, and assets.

Responsibilities
- Foster an environment that embodies Sandy’s #ALL IN philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere. Enthusiastically promote Sandy’s culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations.
- Monitors gaming and non-gaming operations through video surveillance. · Safeguards the company, team members, guests, and assets.
- Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and monitors for compliance throughout property.
- Identifies and investigates any instances of cheating, theft, fraud, and other illegal or suspicious activities or persons.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of all HHR games, cheating methods, and known cheaters or persons of interest.
- Works closely with all departments and the Indiana Gaming Commission to provide the best service and safety for all team members and guests.
- Upholds the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain applicable Kentucky Horse Racing Commission licensing.
- Must have a basic knowledge of electronics, computer, networking and familiarity with Surveillance equipment and digital recording systems.
- Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and be a team player.
- Most possess problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player required.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, cheerful attitude, and team player are required.
Working Environment
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and talk.
- Must be able to lift and handle up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, reach and turn/twist for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to solve problems, organize and plan multiple projects, interpret data, and make decisions.
