Compensation: Depending on Experience

As a Sanel NAPA Store Manager, you will demonstrate strong leadership by fostering a culture of safety, generating vision, fueling customer focus, and exemplifying initiative within the team. Responsibilities:
- Ensure team and customer safety by adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain high standards of customer service for retail and wholesale customers.
- Build and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service and business results.
- Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement.
- Partner with HR in hiring, development, coaching, and termination processes.
- Drive sales and identify new customers and revenue opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management, expenses, scheduling, and cleanliness of the store.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to establish business plans and budgets.
- Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure they represent the company positively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years of managerial experience in retail or auto parts preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and video conferencing tools.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and self-motivation.
- Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and profit quotas.
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required for operating company vehicles.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of operational issues.
- Flexibility, integrity, and professionalism in handling responsibilities.
