Who we are
Sanford Animal Hospital is looking to add a full-time or part-time receptionist/client service representative to our front desk team.
Our client service representatives are the face of our practice. This role plays in important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments, maintain and update patient records
- Processing payments and basic account knowledge
- Maintain confidentiality, solve problems and handle stressful situations
- Answer phones promptly, politely, and proficiently
- Maintain professionalism under pressure, calm under stress
- Multi-task and complete tasks accurately and thoroughly
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to send a professional email and voicemail message
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.

Candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. A caring and compassionate attitude is required of all members of our team. Avimark software. Our hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am -6pm. We are currently not open on the weekends.
