- Min 5 years' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a legal setting
- Intellectual Property background with a focus on Patent Prosecution is ideal
- Assist attorneys in drafting and filing patent applications, managing prosecution timelines, and ensuring compliance with USPTO and foreign patent office regulations.
- Must have an understanding of Intellectual Property
- Experience with USPTO
- Paralegal degree or Certificate is desired
