- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide Word, Excel, and administrative support to team members
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and special events
- Responsible for maintaining and reconciling petty cash
- Creating and distributing company newsletter
- Responsible for daily cleaning and general maintenance of the front office area
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Communicate time away from work with your team leader and other team members with sufficient notice
- Willingness to work hours as required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Receptionist Certificate
- Microsoft Office certifications (Excel/Word)
- Notary or willingness to obtain
- Engage in at least 1 seminar/education program relevant to office related improvements annually
