What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative assistant position at Sanford Health?
Job Summary
Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. May include but not limited to answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.
This position works closely with a variety of different departments within Sanford. Primary duties include badging and granting security access for all new and transferring employees, issue parking permits, and processing invoices.
Answering all incoming calls for maintenance and badge requests and handle accordingly. Also responsible for maintaining equipment tracking system (RTLS).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Based on facility needs, may require a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
