JOB TITLE: Front Desk Receptionist
LOCATION: Sanford Treatment Center
SCHEDULE: 5:30am to 1:00pm M-F
SUMMARY: Responsible for quality care of clients and visitors at the front desk. Reports to Program Director applicable client information pertaining to the collection of client payments. Maintains client confidentiality in federal laws.
*Must be able to pass a urine drug screening upon hire*

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following.
Other duties may be assigned.

- Accurately checks in clients with accurate collection of payments.
- Balances cash drawer and reports summary to Program Director.
- Greets clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Answers phones and takes messages as necessary.
- Updates client job board daily.
- Basic office tasks to include: date entry, copying, filing, and faxing.
- Report to Program Director when supplies are needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: None. Reports to Program Director and works closely with all clinical team.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma with at least one-year customer service/ front desk experience. If in recovery, at least 3 years continuous sobriety required.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the team.
- Ability to maintain high level of professional ethics.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Ability to effectively present information to clinical team.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Crisis Intervention Training
- CPR & First Aid.
