Regional well-known law firm has an immediate need for a Paralegal with experience in sophisticated commercial litigation matters, assisting attorneys from inception through the trial process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Legal fact and basic legal research
- State and Federal experience needed
- Assist with case management
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
