Sangoma, a leading name in business communications, is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Account Manager / Product Sales professional to join our dynamic team at VOIP Supply. With a rich history spanning over 40 years, we continue to lead the industry with innovative solutions that empower businesses through integrated UCaaS offerings, including telephony, meetings, and messaging. As we thrive on supporting our clients with reliable and cost-effective communications solutions, we need an enthusiastic sales expert who will manage client accounts, develop relationships, and help our customers navigate our comprehensive product portfolio.

Your Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and sales targets.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and rebuilding trust in our services.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions from our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and drive demand generation initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to monitor sales performance and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and telecommunications solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

  • Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on experience and industry knowledge. Base salary is between $45,000 and $55,000 plus commissions.
