Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through precision measurement, data collection, and quality inspections. Responsibilities: - Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and specifications - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements - Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to perform accurate measurements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions - Maintain documentation of quality control processes and results - Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Requirements: - Previous experience as a Quality Technician or similar role - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends - Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices - Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines is preferred - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written At our company, we value the contributions of our employees.
