We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with various departments to uphold quality assurance protocols.
Duties
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze inspection data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and coordinate measuring machines, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Conduct research data collection to support quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and findings for traceability and auditing purposes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to drive quality improvements.
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles and practices.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
- Understanding of FDA regulations related to manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards for medical device manufacturing is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
