What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Officer position at SANKO GOSEI TECH?
Job Description:
- Participate in 5s activities.
- Maintain a positive attitude and training environment for new associates.
- Development of evaluation techniques to verify associates’ understanding of the Standardized Work requirements so that skill level can be objectively measured.
- Familiarize new associates with issues, such as breaktimes, key roles, layout of work area and cellular approach.
- Actively participate in review of the SWI’s with a view in improving the quality and legibility and assist in the continual improvement taking into account associate experience of the work content.
- Retrain production associates as needed
- Training of new production parts to existing associates
- Training of current production parts to new associates
- Assist HR in the associate induction process and training materials of new associates at STU
- Other assignments as designated by the HR Manager.
