You will work in the Neurology and Immunology team of the Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA) department. The HEVA department gathers a wealth of expertise including experts in Health Economic and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Indirect Treatment Comparison & Network Meta Analysis (ITC/NMA), Modelling, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), epidemiology, biostatistics and generation of real word evidence (RWE).
Within HEVA N&I, you will join a team of business partners, all responsible for HEVA projects across various molecules and indications.

Main Responsibilities:
This role will lead Health Economic and Outcomes Research (HEOR) activities for Respiratory indications within the Immunology portfolio and cover multiple assets.
This role will be responsible for the design and execution of HEOR research in the forms of economic modelling, database analysis, observational research, Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) development and validation, systematic literature review, evidence synthesis, value dossier development and other types of HEOR work
This role will set the HEOR evidence generation priorities for the respiratory portfolio and incorporate them into broader Sanofi planning documents such as the integrated evidence generation plan (IEGP).
This role will operate as part of a multi-functional global development team that is responsible for designing clinical research programs to meet the evidentiary standards of regulators, HTA organizations, reimbursement authorities, third-party payers and other organizations that review evidence relevant to Sanofi medicines.
About You
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills
Significant experience making presentations to senior management is preferred
Publication in peer-reviewed journals
Strong ability to partner with HEVA colleagues and other (i.e. non-HEOR) functional areas
Entrepreneurial, team spirit and ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
Technical skills:
Demonstrated experience in applying various HEOR methods. Understanding the principles of evidence-based medicine and clinical research
US HEOR experience required
Knowledge of global HTA processes and guidelines
Respiratory experience required
Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrated integrity on work-related compliance considerations and solid ethics
Education: Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MS, MPH, or PharmD) in a scientific discipline
Languages: English fluent, both written and oral
