As part of the Facilities Department, you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, adjusting, and repairing the facility's process critical equipment, systems, and utilities in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, adjust, and repair process critical equipment and utilities.
- Report alarm or out-of-spec conditions and take necessary corrective actions.
- Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on utility equipment such as WFI/RO systems and HVAC-R systems.
- Conduct daily equipment readings and assist with energy number reporting.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
- Communicate effectively through verbal/written shift logs and maintenance logs.
- Adhere to safe operating procedures and work instructions.
- Assist in preparing reports by gathering operating data.
- Sample and test process fluids when required.
- Handle process chemicals safely and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Support equipment shutdowns for maintenance activities.
- Adhere to company policies including cGMP, safety, and environmental procedures.
