About the JobThe Senior Product Manager, Beyfortus HCP Marketing will be responsible for increasing coverage rates for Beyfortus in the US market. This includes segmentation, message development, cross-functional engagment, and sales force promotion. As we approach the third season of Beyfortus, our goal is to significantly increase immunization rates. This role requires a strategic approach to optimize brand performance and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies. The position will report directly to the Senior Director of HCP marketing.

Main Responsibilities : Lead the development of strategies to optimize Beyfortus brand performance through effective segmentation and message development.Align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.Coordinate with the sales force to ensure effective interaction and support for Beyfortus marketing initiatives.Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable markets and competitors, with clear KPIs for monitoring performance.Improve brand growth and business performance by leveraging real-time data and understanding customer behavior changes.Drive market access initiatives to assess competitiveness and develop recommendations to support franchise objectives.Define and implement a segmentation strategy that identifies brand opportunities and informs deployment and execution.Capitalize on market, brand, and customer opportunities based on changing demands, competitive activities, and market trends.Refine strategies to adjust to the changing competitive landscape.Collaborate with public affairs and medical teams on relevant public health initiatives.This is not an exhaustive list of key responsibilities as the candidate may perform other duties as assigned. This role may also evolve over time.

B.A. or a B.S. degree is required3 years of relevant industry experience with a minimum of 2 year of marketing experience in either vaccines or specialty pharmaceuticalsStrong analytical skillsStrong critical and strategic thinking skillsStrong project management and problem-solving skillsExperience influencing without direct authorityProven ability to partner across a matrixed organizationExperience achieving efficiencies through effective organization and time managementExcellent oral, written, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detailCreativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptional overall business insightsPreferred Experience and Skills :
